If you have difficulty paying for summer camp, we are happy to help! Please contact our office to discuss options available.

Waitlists

If the camp you want to register for is full, you have the option to register to be on the waiting list for that camp at no charge. If we receive a cancellation for a camp we will contact the first person on the waitlist. You will never be transferred from a waitlist to a camp without prior contact from our camp staff.

Registration Day

Registration will begin at 5 PM on your first day of camp. (With the exception of Lil’ Boots which will begin at 9 PM)

Please note: We do not check-in campers prior to 5 PM, and there is no advantage to showing up early. Please do NOT arrive before 5PM.

Registration will be conducted in the gym. Full payment is required before or at the time of registration (note: tuck is already included in registration fees). To expedite the process we recommend making payment prior to your arrival. You will also drop off any medications with our medic at this time.

At registration you will be informed as to which cabin your child will be staying in. Campers are placed in cabins of 8-10 campers. When filling out the registration form you may make a note of whom your child would like to share a cabin with. We will make every effort to accommodate that request.

After campers have put their things away feel free to walk around and explore, we will have a BBQ for all campers, parents, and staff.

Our camp store will be open during this time, featuring out new camp merch! (These will also be available at the end of the week.)

Health and Safety

We aim to always provide a safe environment in all of our activities at camp. Our goal is to have maximum supervision to have all our campers supervised at all time, within reason.

A camp medic is on-site at all times during summer camp weeks and are equipped to:

  • Deliver regular medication to campers

  • Mend minor injuries.

  • Deliver over-the-counter medication as needed.

  • Provide immediate first aid.

In the event of an emergency we have an emergency response plan that a director and medic will follow to ensure the safety and protection of all the campers and staff involved.

Medical History

When registering your camper, their medical history including health conditions, special needs, allergies/dietary restrictions, and medications must be disclosed in order so we can properly care for your child.

All medication (including over-the-counter meds such as Advil, Tylenol, etc.) brought to camp must be given to the camp nurse at registration. Only our qualified medical staff are able to deliver it to campers.

When providing your campers medical history pease let us know if they have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Our kitchen can accommodate most food allergies or dietary restrictions and would be happy to provide good and tasty meals for your campers.

Lost & Found

At the end of the week, a lost and found table will be available for misplaced belongings. Please remind your child to check for any items they may have misplaced throughout the week.

If you discover you are missing an item once you return home please email us and we will do our best to reconnect items with their owners.

Summer camp items are kept until the end of September. After that items are donated to those in need.

Closing Program & Pick Up

At the end of the week we will have closing program to give parents a small taste of what their campers experienced at camp. This will take place at 2 PM on the last day of camp. After this you can take your kids home and enjoy listening to all the fun and things they learned while at camp!
