Summer Staff
At Redberry Bible Camp, our staff is committed to providing a life-changing experience where character and potential are developed. Our program offers a variety of activities that develop children and teenagers mentally, spiritually, socially, and physically. We expect a high level of energy and enthusiasm from our staff, along with demanding responsible decision-making, spiritual maturity, and common sense. We are looking for dynamic staff members to join the team here at Redberry.
Main Camp Positions
HONORARIUMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MAIN CAMP POSITIONS.
SR. CABIN LEADER
Responsible for the care and leadership of 8-10 campers in your cabin, working with and equipping Jr Cabin Leaders and Foundationers, and participating in daily camp activities.
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Develop organized, creative schedules (events, games, contests) for each age group of camp.
CHAPEL COORDINATOR
Organize and oversee all chapel, outdoor chapel, and fireside programming.
Rise/FOUNDATION Coordinators
With the other Foundations Coordinators oversee, organize and lead both of camp's leadership development programs; the Rise program and the two Foundations programs.
Media Coordinator
Responsible for taking photos for social media and promotional use and creating a highlight video of each week of camp that encompasses the week and the activities and events that were involved.
Projects Coordinator
Communicate with and work directly under the Facilities director to manage and complete specialized projects for the summer.
Work Crew Coordinator
Under the instruction and leadership of the Facilities Director, oversee, organize and lead the work crew in accomplishing daily camp upkeep and projects.
Barn Coordinator
Facilitate the summer horse program. Responsible for the herd's health and safety, barn and equipment maintenance and upkeep, and training the barn staff.
Barn Assistant
Assist and work alongside the Barn Coordinator in facilitating the summer horse programming.
Medic
Provide proper health care for the campers and staff including responding to situations and administrating medications.
Assistant Cook
Assist the Head Cook in menu planning and preparing food during camp.
Head Lifeguard
Oversee all pool activities, records, and regular pool maintenance.
Assistant Lifeguard
Assist the head lifeguard with pool supervision and maintenance.
Program Staff
Lead/Assist in the day to day program activities (skills, games, fireside, etc) under the direction of the Program Coordinator.
Specialty Camp Positions
HONORARIUMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SPECIALTY CAMP POSITIONS.
GIRL’S RIDING CAMP COORDINATOR
Responsible for planning and program coordinating the weeks of Girls riding camp.
GIRL’S RIDING CAMP CABIN LEADER
Responsible for the care and leadership of the 8-10 campers in your cabin as well as participating in all the Riding Camp's programming.
BOY’S OUTBACK CAMP COORDINATOR
Responsible for planning and program coordinating the week of Boys Outback.
Boy’s Outback Camp Cabin Leader
Responsible for the care and leadership of the campers at Boy's Outback as well as lead lessons and skills under the leadership of the Outback Coordinator.
Volunteer Positions
JR. CABIN LEADER
Assist the Sr Cabin Leader with the care and leadership of 8-10 campers in your cabin, work with and respect the Sr Cabin Leader, and participate in daily camp activities.
Jr. Program Staff
Assist Program Staff in the day to day program activities (skills, games, fireside, etc) under the direction of the Program Coordinator.
KITCHEN HELP
Assist Cooks in preparing/serving meals during the summer.
WORK CREW
Work under the guidance of the Work Crew Coordinator for the upkeep of camp buildings and grounds.
BARN HELP
Assist Barn Coordinators in horse care, facilities maintenance and care of equipment.
