Ladies Craft Retreat

Ladies Craft Retreat

This retreat is held the third weekend in March & November each year.

NEXT RETREAT: MARCH 20-23, 2025

The Ladies Craft Retreat is a weekend for women to come together in fellowship while working on individual crafting projects. The laid-back schedule allows time for communal crafting, leaving plenty of time to enjoy camp and the great outdoors. Participants are encouraged to take inspiration from the natural beauty surrounding them and be together in peace.

General INFORMATION:

  • Due to our location, there is limited wifi available. However we do have decent cellular service which allows for use of personal phone data.

  • Registration closes one week prior to the event, or when registration is full, whichever comes first.

  • Retreat attendees must be 18+.

  • Dietary needs can be incorporated into the weekend menu if indicated in registration information. Our head cook does an amazing job with this!

Accommodation:

Attendees are responsible for bringing their own bedding. All beds are bunk style with a foam mattress. they are quite firm so if you like a softer rest, bringing another foam or mattress pad is advised.

Basic lodging is in camper cabins. Each cabin has heat and power.

Previous attendees will know there are a limited number os upstairs rooms in the gym. Due to renovations, there is less space available in the gym however registrants may request a bunk in the gym for an additional fee of $30 per person. These requests will be prioritized based on need related to mobility/physical health.

Rooms and cabins will be filled to capacity and all lower bunks will be filled. Those who choose this option may have to share a room with other attendees based on group size and availability.

If your group would like a private cabin (up to 10 people), this can be accommodated up request and will incur an additional fee of $20 per cabin to cover utilities.

Crafting Space:

  • Each attendee will have, at minimum, on 6’x3’ tale or half an 8’x4’ table.

  • Chairs are provided however participants are welcome to bring their own chair or a cushion for comfort.

  • Lighting is pretty good, especially when the sun is up but you may want to bring light for your workspace.

  • We ask those accessing videos, music, etc. to please us headphones in common spaces.
